This Old House … SOLD!

Well it’s official … our house has sold – the inspection last week was fine (except for some servicing we need to do on the furnace) and the final deal complete. The new home owners are a young couple from Calgary who have an 18 month old boy. This will be a great place for them. Our closing date is June 27th. Oh, by the way, Le-Anne and I put an offer in on a new house Saturday evening in the Guelph west end (conditional upon inspection this Thursday). It looks just perfect for us and with the same closing … more on the new house later (many God signs). He has provided!
